Due to the intimate nature of cosmetics, all sales are final Facials by Bonnie LLc / PranVera LLC does not offer returns, with the exception of damaged shipped items or order processing errors.
To initiate a return for any damaged or defective products, kindly email us to: info@pranveraskincare.com and we will assist you. Please email us at info@pranveraskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of damage/incorrect item(s) and photos. No replacements will be granted after 7 days of delivery.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to Allergic Reaction. We sympathize with the occurrence of a true allergy and advise that the customer contacts a medical professional for thorough allergy testing to prevent future instances.

STOLEN PACKAGES
Facials by Bonnie LLC / PranVera LLc is not responsible for reimbursement if the package was successfully delivered to the correct address. The responsibility for securing the delivery location is on the purchaser's part. Tracking number provides a timeline and delivery dates that are trackable, which provides purchaser with opportunity to ensure successful package receipt.
